Dagadam Watch wants in on the Smart Watch market – News | GadFit

May 6, 2017

Dagadam is an Irish startup that wants to bring their AI based notification center smart watch to reality via Kickstarter. The Dagadam watch will run Ticwear OS Global Edition adjusted with the new features Dagadam LTD implements; being the second company globally to do so besides Mobvoi themself.

What’s unique about the watch is the Smart Notification Center, called Dagadam HUB. It apparently is capable of analyzing and learning the way you interact with notifications and will sort future ones according to one’s specific preferences and habits. At present, there’s very little known how this feature will work other that it exists.

There’s also a Dagadam buddy feature which allows users to exchange contact and social media information with each other by simply touching both Dagadam watches together for 5 seconds.dagadam watch hr measurement

Dagadam Watch Features:

  • 1.4 inch AMOLED with touch bezel
  • Powered by Ticwear
  • iOS and Android compatible
  • 3 days battery life
  • Fast wireless charging(fully charges in 30min)
  • Optical heart rate sensors
  • Tico Voice assistant
  • In built-in GPS, Wifi and Bluetooth
  • 8 GB internal storage
  • Changeable bands
  • IP67 certified
  • Vibration enabled with speaker and microphone

In terms of appearance and functions, the Dagadam Watch is near identical to that of the Tic Watch 2. Even the company’s “SENSE” bezel borrows from Ticwatch’s tickle bezel-essentially enabling the bezel as a form of control for watch functions.Dagadam watch multiple anglesThere’s on board storage for music, Tico voice assistant, and even GPS and wrist based heart rate measurements. The only things missing are adequate support for users on iOS platform and sufficient watch apps. Yet it’s undeniable the Dagadam watch’s features are already available on most well-established smart watches such as the Apple Watch Series 2.

Dagadam has already met their crowdfunding target of $100,000 but you can still head over to their campaign page to snag one for yourself at a significant discount. The watch will ship in June 2017 with a recommended retail price of $299.

Wants in except they dont have a watch. Campain is over due by 15 months, yet no signs of delivering a watch. Features promised during campaign have been eemoved due to incompetence of the team to implement.
Grosely mishandled mangement, money raised by crowdfunding is as good as gone.
